Which is where there're 2 main schools of thought here.
The former enjoy the ambiguity; citing it's the very unknown and
excitement that keep them going.
The latter would rather be all-knowing, even if there's nothing
they can do to change their destinies.
While there's a romantic notion to the former, I'd still choose
to be all-knowing. Heck, if I know I'm gonna be beggar when I'm 35,
then even if I can't change my destiny - I still can save many
years of precious time by not partaking in the rat race.
It's just too bad God (Whatever you percieve God to be) doesn't
allow us to choose.
My sentiments exactly.
Not knowing means not being able to plan your life
optimally.
If I know that I am going to be knocked down by a car the minute
I walk out of the house, the last thing I would do is spend more
time with love ones, rather than die regretfully knowing the last
minute I spent was not with them.
